Good Biceps workout:)-19.jun.2008
Thursday, June 19th, 2008Yesterday i had a good biceps workout at the gym,the strenght was the same,no remarcable progress,but i got a great pump in my arms:)
it went om something like this:at first i did my favorite biceps barbell curls,with the streight barbell,doing 5 sets of 10,tha 8,than 6,gradually encreasing the weights,doing 6 reps with 35 kg:)
Then i did the seated dumbell curl,wich was ok,doing 4 sets with 13 kg dumbells,doing 8 reps on each arm.
The last exercice for my biceps was ez bar preacher curls,where i did 3 sets.
after that i did 8 sets for my forearms,4 to front and 4 at tha back:)P
So..that was my workout:)i loved it,today a hard triceps day awaits me,hope it will work out just right:)see u till the next blog…and don’t forget:GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!
