Good Biceps workout:)-19.jun.2008

Yesterday i had a good biceps workout at the gym,the strenght was the same,no remarcable progress,but i got a great pump in my arms:)

it went om something like this:at first i did my favorite biceps barbell curls,with the streight barbell,doing 5 sets of 10,tha 8,than 6,gradually encreasing the weights,doing 6 reps with 35 kg:)

Then i did the seated dumbell curl,wich was ok,doing 4 sets with 13 kg dumbells,doing 8 reps on each arm.

The last exercice for my biceps was ez bar preacher curls,where i did 3 sets.

after that i did 8 sets for my forearms,4 to front and 4 at tha back:)P

So..that was my workout:)i loved it,today a hard triceps day awaits me,hope it will work out just right:)see u till the next blog…and don’t forget:GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

    Hi, sounds great you had a so intensive workout for your biceps. As I see you use pyramid series increasing the weight and reducing reps, WOW 35 kg is remarkable! Congratulations! In my opinion pyramidal exercises are the BEST to build more muscles on your biceps, and hope you will see the results, as soon :)
    Nice GO HARD or GO HOME, but remember, too, NO PAIN-NO GAIN!
