Yesterday i had a good biceps workout at the gym,the strenght was the same,no remarcable progress,but i got a great pump in my arms:)
it went om something like this:at first i did my favorite biceps barbell curls,with the streight barbell,doing 5 sets of 10,tha 8,than 6,gradually encreasing the weights,doing 6 reps with 35 kg:)
Then i did the seated dumbell curl,wich was ok,doing 4 sets with 13 kg dumbells,doing 8 reps on each arm.
The last exercice for my biceps was ez bar preacher curls,where i did 3 sets.
after that i did 8 sets for my forearms,4 to front and 4 at tha back:)P
So..that was my workout:)i loved it,today a hard triceps day awaits me,hope it will work out just right:)see u till the next blog…and don’t forget:GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!

Well,i think it is time for me to start talking to other bbuilders abaut this great sport,it will keep me motivated and happy not to be alone:)
Well,yesterday,17 june 2008 i had a great chest day at tha gym:
At first i started with the worm-up,wich is a verry important part of the training preventing me from undesirable enjuries.
Then let the hardcore training begin:first i did 4 sets of flat bench press with the barbell so on:1 set-50 kg,second-60 kg,third-68 kg,and the last one-60 kg,doing up to 6-8 reps per set.It went out preety good:)
After that i did 4 sets of enclined barrbell press:1-50 kg,second 55 kg,third and fourth -52 kg doing abaut 7-9 reps per set:)
Then came the declined dumbell press doing 3 sets with 20 kg dumbells abaut 8 reps per set.I will try to make some pictures at the gym while training to remember that because next month i will leave my home town.I am moveing to Navodari(Constanta)_to start a new lile at a farm:)
