					<description>If you can handle them, sardines in water are a good source, plus they are rich in omega 3 (good) fats.  the good fats also slow the digestion of the protein, so its a good evening protein and since you might not be eating as many carbs at night, it might help you feel fuller (maybe just twice a week if you are watching your sodium).  fyi, egg white protein is maximized when you cook it, so dont down egg whites raw, you get just 1/2 the protein available.</description>

					<description>Hey man, yes eggs are a good low cost option. Beans and brown rice are higher carb options that vegetarians eat, but they are also low cost. The fiber they provide might balance out the carbs avoiding insulin spikes. Then, you've always got chicken. A big frozen bag is 8 bucks at Super Target. Casein  protein is slow absorbing and can be taken at night to feed your body while you sleep. It is in cottage cheese. Hope it helps.</description>
