So there i was standing in the clas and i was nervous as hell because i didn’t know what to expect and there was a small group watching in our aerobics room ( lol).At first i was  watching the other two guys who immediately took off their clothes and began the routine ….i hesitated a little and then the personal trainer I’ve been talking to asked me" hey!, what are you doing!? are’nt you doing it too?" …lmao …I muttered to her that i didn’t bring the right attire and i was only wearing some tidy whities haha… at this point everyone was looking and it made it a little more embarrassing..so i manned up and just took everything off and i jumped in with the guys…took me a few min to get over the nervousness and it turned out to be a great learning experience! 8 weeks out and im starting cardio for 40 min for the first two weeks then going to jump to twice a day at week 6.

On to my leg workout …i saw a routine from kai green ( the guy is a freak!) lol ..ended up being in the gm for roughly 4 hrs! lol…just because i took m time with the workout and i wanted to focus on muscle contractions and form! tomorrow is going to hurt :) . probably will post  some more progress pic’s throughout the next two months and day of comp! I would like to win but i know i probably wont but im doing this so i can get some experience and so i know where i need to be next time around.

9 week’s out for a Competition….Need help!!

Hi, im currently 9weeks out from a Local competition (will be my first one!, if i dont chicken out! lol) anyway, i need help on what direction to take …i want to get bigger while cutting my bf to maybe 5%… thats a 3% diff from where i am at right now… look at my latest photo’s.I’ve been trying to bulk a little so i have been eating more carbs than usual. My question is this… should i add a fat burner to my diet , and if i do will i look good if i still run a bulking diet consisting of 350protein 400g carb 60-70g fat? or should i go the other way and use a fat burner with a 350-400protein 140 carb, 40-50g fat diet???

My idea of the bulking was maybe to use the fat burner while bulking for about 2-3 weeks, Then hop on the hardcore 400g protein,140g carb, 40-50g fat diet for about 5 weeks?

Any help would be appreciated!

Switching thing’s up a bit…routine and diet.

so ive decided to bulk and realized that i can do it without gaining a lot of fat by well eating a lot of fat…just adding about 500 more calories to my already 3k calorie intake. Also with my workout routine im sticking with a strict 4x 8,6,4 routine with all my workout’s.Going heavy but making sure form is right…I also have limited myself to an hour& half in the gym max to insure more recovery time and less calories burned, this has helped me gain 2 solid pounds in the last week and i look forward to hitting 180 by the end of this month:)

So….I finally upgraded to a g1 phone so I can stay connected through a couple different social networks.I will be on bodsyspace more often to recconnect with the greeat friends I have made and to especially update my progress with better pics….(the last ones sucked)…..so with said if you need to contact me I will respond asap through here or yahoo,msn.
