Hi, im currently 9weeks out from a Local competition (will be my first one!, if i dont chicken out! lol) anyway, i need help on what direction to take …i want to get bigger while cutting my bf to maybe 5%… thats a 3% diff from where i am at right now… look at my latest photo’s.I’ve been trying to bulk a little so i have been eating more carbs than usual. My question is this… should i add a fat burner to my diet , and if i do will i look good if i still run a bulking diet consisting of 350protein 400g carb 60-70g fat? or should i go the other way and use a fat burner with a 350-400protein 140 carb, 40-50g fat diet???
My idea of the bulking was maybe to use the fat burner while bulking for about 2-3 weeks, Then hop on the hardcore 400g protein,140g carb, 40-50g fat diet for about 5 weeks?
Any help would be appreciated!
