Had a posing class yest and i destroyed my legs today! lol
So there i was standing in the clas and i was nervous as hell because i didn’t know what to expect and there was a small group watching in our aerobics room ( lol).At first i was watching the other two guys who immediately took off their clothes and began the routine ….i hesitated a little and then the personal trainer I’ve been talking to asked me" hey!, what are you doing!? are’nt you doing it too?" …lmao …I muttered to her that i didn’t bring the right attire and i was only wearing some tidy whities haha… at this point everyone was looking and it made it a little more embarrassing..so i manned up and just took everything off and i jumped in with the guys…took me a few min to get over the nervousness and it turned out to be a great learning experience! 8 weeks out and im starting cardio for 40 min for the first two weeks then going to jump to twice a day at week 6.
On to my leg workout …i saw a routine from kai green ( the guy is a freak!) lol ..ended up being in the gm for roughly 4 hrs! lol…just because i took m time with the workout and i wanted to focus on muscle contractions and form! tomorrow is going to hurt
. probably will post some more progress pic’s throughout the next two months and day of comp! I would like to win but i know i probably wont but im doing this so i can get some experience and so i know where i need to be next time around.
