Switching thing’s up a bit…routine and diet.
Wednesday, July 15th, 2009so ive decided to bulk and realized that i can do it without gaining a lot of fat by well eating a lot of fat…just adding about 500 more calories to my already 3k calorie intake. Also with my workout routine im sticking with a strict 4x 8,6,4 routine with all my workout’s.Going heavy but making sure form is right…I also have limited myself to an hour& half in the gym max to insure more recovery time and less calories burned, this has helped me gain 2 solid pounds in the last week and i look forward to hitting 180 by the end of this month:)
