Switching thing's up a bit...routine and diet.
so ive decided to bulk and realized that i can do it without gaining a lot of fat by well eating a lot of fat...just adding about 500 more calories to my already 3k calorie intake. Also with my workout routine im sticking with a strict 4x 8,6,4 routine with all my workout's.Going heavy but making sure form is right...I also have limited myself to an hour& half in the gym max to insure more recovery time and less calories burned, this has helped me gain 2 solid pounds in the last week and i look forward to hitting 180 by the end of this month

new pic's finally up and the halfnaked one was after Cinco De Mayo...i drank that night =/ ....the other 3 new pics are after a week on superpump and sizeon...they are working great,but im still trying to get my hands on some cellucor stuff.i was drinking somewhat socially...just about 1-2 a week but Cinco De Mayo was the last day of having some fun and it's go time now. time to get huge!!!

It has been a while since i have been updating my info and pics etc, srry i havent got back to ppl that have been messaging me, im just going through a bunch of real life issues that has kept me away from my normal routine, im still working out. i have been off protein shakes for about 2 months and it stinks, i still eat pretty decent trying to get what i can for protein since im out of shakes. tody was my last day on Controlled labs white flood and green mag, they are great protucts in which i get a lot of energy etc but green mag makes me look fat so i think i will be sticking with kre-alkalyn, im going to get off supps for about a month and cycle back on. i will still drink coffee and try to get the complex carbs before work outs so my strength doesnt go down too much.So that's what has been up with myself lately. also im going to be moving soon so i might not be on as much , but i will sure as hell try. talk to all ya guys later and thank you for the kind words and continued support!!

trying to amp up my wheels& BF stats question...
so today i did : Back , Bi's, legs & Cardio..
It was a awesome workout day for me i felt good going in and pretty amped. i only took a Muscle milk protein shake before i started with the Kre-Alkalyn (2 pills) and i felt awesome. started with Bi's and moved on to Back then legs and cardio...
My sets included:
gorilla curls 4x10 @35-40.lbs
standing curls 4x10 @30-35/lbs
hammer curls w/cable 3x8-10 @ 40-35/lbs
EZ bar curls 3x10 @ 60.lbs
..all were roughly 4 sets and i noticed my strength was on point as i was doing about 10-15.lbs more than previous weeks.. so this got me excited and even more amped =)...moved on to back starting with
Lat pulldowns 4x10 @120-140.lbs
pull ups 3x failure..
seated cable pully-rows 3x10 @145.lbs
stiff legged barbel dead lift 3x5,8,8 @ 205.lbs
LEG WORKOUT:::
Leg extensions 5x18,15,15,15,10 @ 85,100,120,120,140.lbs
Seated machine squat 3x20,15,15 @270,310,370.lbs
Narrow machine hack Squat 3x10 @180,250,250.lbs
lying hamstring curls 4x15,10,10,6 @115,130,130,115.lbs
I was dead tired and i went into the locker room ready to go but i knew i had to finish up with cardio so i took a few min to revitalize and i went back out and did 10min of Intense treadmilling @ lvl 7 BPM roughly around 150-160 then 3min of light jogging for a cool down. and that was my work out. 10min later i had a Pro-Complex shake (60g Protein) and dinner consisted of a can of tuna about a hr after working out then real dinner was 3 lean turkey patties ( awesome stuff by the way).. im tired and ready for a good night sleep =) ..after i eat my 8oz. cottage chz =)

P.S im trying to figure out my BF so i want to take off my % on stats and im not sure how.. i keep getting different reading from handheld machines from 4.9% to 8% and i dont want to put anything on here until i know what it is for sure..If anyone know's plz let me know i would appreciate it =) tomorrow is shoulder& traps..see ya then!

Tomorrow is leg day yay =| , no but seriously i love leg day just because the fact that i know its time to put in the work to gain real size and upgrade from my stock 20' wheels to something a little higher in quality lol. i will update my workout tomorrow!
Shoulder routine info
So basically those are the exercises i do & i always start off with Front Dumbbell shoulder raises and i start with a warm up set to get the blood flowing.i try to stick with Barbells, Dumbbells & cables for each week. at least 2 exercises from the same group. Sometimes i will mix it up a little to trick my muscles and keep shocking them into growth. My military press is usually the end of my work out as i see it as a core work out and i want to get in solid isolation exercises before i move onto the press. ( that's just me though)
the weight i use is not always what i wrote ,but pretty close( i go by how i am feeling that day), I have actually been getting stronger and will change resistances soon to keep up the growth.Well i hope this helps some ppl out and i will be starting more of a strict routine and will be posting more later on.
This has been my routine the last few weeks though: (I always start with the lower weight and end with the high)
Front Dumbbell shoulder raise W/warm up set 3x12 30-35.lbs
Barbell upright row 3x10@80-90.lbs
Machine shoulder military press 3x10@145-175.lbs
Bent over lateral raise 3x12@25.lbs
Machine standing lateral raise 3x12 @50-60.lbs
