Is your diet full of “fat”??
I constantly read how many people eliminate fat from their meals. But do you add good fats?? Omega’s 3, 6 & 9? Flaxseed
in your salads? Whipping Cream in your protein shakes? Nut Butter?
I am trying to…any meal plans or tips??

As you already know good fats help protect your heart so they should be added to your diet IN STEAD of bad ones. Used in moderation they are benificial and hence recommended but do bear in mind they are still fats i.e containing 9 kcals /gm.
The incidence of heart disease in Greece, for example,is less than that in northern European countries and one of the reasons given is the widespread use of olive oil in cooking .A steryotyped middle-aged Greek housewife is however more rotund than say a French one….but she is probably more healthy !

I add flax seeds to my oatmeal, yogurt and salads, and use flax seed oil and olive oil regularly.
