to cheat or not to cheat…

well guess what… i cheated and i feel freaken awsome. this morning i tried on some of my fat jeans and they swallowed me whole and i decided this was goin to be my only cheat day for a while. i am goin to commit myself to another month of hard training and strict diet.  i cant wait to actully see what kind of results i can get with in a month. but i promised my self i wouldnt cheat my self out of a workout or cheat on my diet.  today being the 1st day of august i decided this would be the best time to do so. well hopefully u all will hear from me again with more fantastic results.

 p.s. i deserved this cheat day and i cant wait to get started tomorrow on my workouts and all that good stuff :)

ok i figured i would just blog this.  this week has been ok but could have been better.  I went to the doctor today for a checkup.  the scale said i weighed 152.5
thats more than what my scale says.  i’m not the least bit worried about it thou.
i keep trying to think positive but i also wonder when i look at other ppls profiles if that was there destiny to look that good. and what if i’m not supposed to look like what i want to look like.  i keep tellen myself that i will be the one who creates my own destiny but theres always that nagging little thought at the bottom of my stomach that says "IM NOT WORTHY OF LOOKIN HOW I WANNA LOOK" but i have to think positive and keep my motivation

maybe im to tired and sleepy to think about this now and tomorrow will be better when i get a fresh start

comments are welcome and i need all the inspiration i can get

this was a great chest day.  lifted heavy and i think i made a lot of progress with this workout :)

notes- this shoulder workout was one of the best i have ever had. my shoulders were burning like fire after i did the supersets. my traps got a great workout and i didnt even need to do shrugs which was kind of a surprise.

CHEAT DAY! - 07/27/07

today i cheated on my diet  and i feel so awful
hopefully tomorrow will make me feel better
i still plan to workout today and im lookin forward to those squats
but i still feel rele bad and worst thing is im raggin today :(

*this workout was great, i had tones of energy left over after i did this one*  30 minutes of cardio on treadmill at 3.5 mph
