Why people do not want to workout legs?
It has been difficult to get my workout partners to do legs. Since no one likes to do them, I come in early and split my leg routine alone. Thanks to Madtitan of bb.com and his blogs- i have gained some helpful info. I do not feel comfortable doing legs alone so I may do them on Sunday with this brother I met and the NPC Atlantic. I hope he is a man of his word and shows up and ready to work out hard. Yesteray I did leg extensions, lying leg curls and calves. Usually Mondays is packed at my gym. Due to the heavy raining- many people stayed home. People, rain is your friend! It should NOT keep you from working out…. Later this week I will do squats, lunges and dead lifts

Because of the intensity leg traing requires a lot of people dont really train legs. I mean to be completely honest leg training is a bitch! But its a necessary evil. Otherwise you end up looking like those comic book heroes from back in the day with the huge upper body, and tooth pick legs. Thats one major difference between men and women. Women dont really shy away from working their legs. But guys, I see some working the hell out of their upper bodies, and hardly ever see them do legs. Time to step your game up fellas!

I agree with Lex29us. I just don’t see many men really working legs. Those muscles make up almost half the body! I know I don’t like doing them which drives me to really work so I don’t feel like I’ve slacked off.

In bodybuilding in order to have perfect symmetry you have to hit the legs and hey its our foundation, our base, what’s a house without a solid foundation? I reluctantly train legs because i need to and i do want to for one in my life see some muscularity in my legs

I too agree with Lex, though alot of girls don’t like to work legs either. I think it all stems from the fact you’re rendered almost useless after a leg day, but that’s the part I like. lol

Training legs is just hard. Heck, even training them with light weight is hard so heck, to be all intense about them requires a certain amount of … insanity.
My favorite excuse from a while ago was "I run already. I have nice legs, I don’t need to train them." Dude said it so honestly I just didn’t have the heart to tell him "Yeah, they’d look real nice in a toothpick catalog huh?" Some dudes even say they don’t want big legs anyway.
They’re all retarded.

Mike you are silly, as usual ‘toothpick catalog’!!LMAO!!!!!
Yea infinite, I was really trying to discern this whole thing just yesterday while in the gym. I think I might write another blog entry about it. It seems as if, (BEWARE I FEEL SOME NERDENESS ABOUT TO COME OUT),people seem to be fascinated with the upper body muscles because you have many more opportunities to ’show them off’. You know, tank tops, swimming, cut offs. You always seem to hear about big arms, big chest…but who talks about big legs?!?!?!?!? Secondly, I think that people have some people are so preening about their upper body muscularity that they may lose sight of a basic goal in bodybuilding; which I believe to be total body wellness. Anyhow, until more people understand that concept we will continue to keep the ‘toothpick catalog’ in business. Good question.

I have just purchased a pack of trip2night from www.narcomundo.com. I paid around 30 dollars and the shipping was free. I emailed them to see how long it will take to get to me, but they have not emailed me back yet. The first week end night I get it I will try it and let you know if I like it or not. I will concentrate more on the things I do not like since the web sites selling it are promoting it enough and that is not my job. My job is to let the world know if there are any areas I do not like. I will get back to this after I try it.
