Tuesday was chest day 1/20/09

"I am getting better and better and stronger and stronger"

I am so determined to have a lean well defined body and i will not stop. This was my chest workout last night.

Flat barbell bench press

60×12

60X7 ( i dont know what happened- probably did not do the 1 min rest period)

60X6

60×7) I went what was heavy to me since I want more mass.

 

Incline Press

135×6 yes, I did for sets. may not have been the best thing to do- but you learn as you go.
