Legs, Legs, Legs. Ya Got to Do Them!
Alright people Monday night is leg night. i started off with a tem minute jog to warm up then I stretched. This was my workout. Just getting back in the swing of things so i did not want to go all out.
Squats
Body Weight 25 squats
1×17 115lbs front squats
2×12 135lbs front squats
3×8 135lbs front squats (had to get the form down)
4×8 135lbs front squats
Lunges with an elevate 2" plate
1, 12×65lbs
2, 8×95lbs
3, 12×95lbs
4, 12×95lbs while doing this excercise I had to slow it up because i lost balance a few time. Oh the burning…..
single calf raises
20 warm up
using 50lbs dumbell for each calf plus body weight
4 sets in all
Hack Squats
1, 12×135lbs
2, 12×225lbs
3, 12×225lbs
4, 12×225lbs
this was it for my official first day of Legs. I am sore but its all good.
