NOTHING JUST HAPPENS!!!!
Ok peeps, I had a very good chest and triceps workout last night. I lost some strength but I will regain and become stronger. Have to keep reminding myself form is more imortant than the amount of weight. I cannot wait to do pull ups, bent over rows, seated rows and my favorite good mornings! I will be working out with a gym buddy. i cannot wait to see some changes. i am eating every 3 hours. If you guys have any other back excercies i may have over looked let me know.
