I just finished reading the article of the famous preacher who was interviewed on Oprah & Scheduled to be on Larry King tonight. I thought to myself how lust is so selfish. Lust always wants to benefit itself at the expense of others. It’s all about me, me, me & me.
I do not want to talk about the man’s homosexual acts or the drugs neither his interactions with a male prostitute. All of the above are issues he needs to deal with. I am more concerned when one is not honest with themselves and God. When one does not consider his decisions, it will have a lasting impression on those who love him and look up to him as a father, husband and leader. It is irresponsible to think you can just do whatever you want to do in the dark and there will be no repercussions. The issue is not about the man being gay. It is about him being honest with himself, his God and his family.
Lust seems to be tied to sex only but you can lust for power, affluence and money. For all of you who will read this…I ask that you think about the choices you make. If you are in a relationship, think about the things you do. Love always gives to benefit the other. It is not about you, it’s about your spouse and family. Everything you sacrificed in life to be taken away from you for some cheap thrill is not worth it! For those who are struggling to cheat on your spouses…confide in someone at get the help you need.

God knows I need to work on thses biceps. My back is coming along just fine. i currently weigh 229 give or take.

I am so determined to have a lean well defined body and i will not stop. This was my chest workout last night.

Alright people Monday night is leg night. i started off with a tem minute jog to warm up then I stretched. This was my workout. Just getting back in the swing of things so i did not want to go all out.
Squats
Body Weight 25 squats
1×17 115lbs front squats
2×12 135lbs front squats
3×8 135lbs front squats (had to get the form down)
4×8 135lbs front squats
Lunges with an elevate 2" plate
1, 12×65lbs
2, 8×95lbs
3, 12×95lbs
4, 12×95lbs while doing this excercise I had to slow it up because i lost balance a few time. Oh the burning…..
single calf raises
20 warm up
using 50lbs dumbell for each calf plus body weight
4 sets in all
Hack Squats
1, 12×135lbs
2, 12×225lbs
3, 12×225lbs
4, 12×225lbs
this was it for my official first day of Legs. I am sore but its all good.

Ok peeps, I had a very good chest and triceps workout last night. I lost some strength but I will regain and become stronger. Have to keep reminding myself form is more imortant than the amount of weight. I cannot wait to do pull ups, bent over rows, seated rows and my favorite good mornings! I will be working out with a gym buddy. i cannot wait to see some changes. i am eating every 3 hours. If you guys have any other back excercies i may have over looked let me know.

Well i was supposed to hit the gym last night to do some upper body. after eating a heavy meal, i decided to go in the morning. Wow, was i tired….after talking to Father God I decided to pack my gym clothes and go after work. Hey, I am not going to beat myself up for not going. I am eating clean and sleep is important to muscle development. i will kick butt tonight though. I sure enjoyed my sleep though…..
