NEW BEGINNING
Recently I was challenged by Chris Kennerly to stop playing and get back into the flow of working out. I have made up my mind and starting 12/24 I will be back to a healthy regiment of eating the right foods and working out on the regular. I promise to post progress photos as well. The challenge will be in January since my church is on a Veggie Fast.
