How Fast Can I Get Lean

Ok folks, I am going to the Turks and Caicus Islands in October. I am on series fat burn muscle toning regiment to see how much fat i can burn in 8 weeks. I need all the help I can get. I am reading taking Lipo 6 and doing high Intensity training. wish me well!
