Leg Press
Last night i went to my new gym to do legs. There were 3 different leg press machines. I am only familiar with the machine where your glutes are on the floor and you place your feet upward. The leg press machines allows you to put as many 45 lbs plates as you want. It seems they hit the leg from different angles. I wonder if it really matters which leg press machine I use. Does anyone know the difference and does it matter?
