Cardio I hate but….
I hate cardio but I have to do it in order to burn this 14% body fat. I have given up white sugar, flour, natural spices aka MSG and other junk ingredents. I have read that is good to do cardio in the am on an empty stomach- others say just do the cardio. I made up my mind to run 3 days a week either up and down the stairs in my apartment building or run the treadmill. Hopefully, it will get warmer and then I will take it outside. In my mind’s eye I see myslelf lean cut and well sculpted. As far as I am concerned…I have the body I see in my minds eye. "faith without works is dead"

I hate cardio too.
Time couldn’t creep by any slower than when I am on some machine that reduces me to a hamster.
LOL! But it is a necessary evil! Good luck with your goals!

motivation is half the battle, having that picture in your mind will keep you going!
