			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since gaining a lot of my weight back the gym has been nothing but great to me all my lifts are back up and at this rate soon to be broken.  Its a great feeling to step back under the squat bar or lay back and get ready to bench and know that you are ready to move some weight.  Growing Season is going to be the best hit shoulders today and felt strong, even though shoulders are a weak body part for me I was happy.  Hope to keep the results and progression coming.  Cant wait to get some pics posted of my bulk I have to put on size this season and thats what I intend to do BIG WEIGHTS MAKE BIG MUSCLES!!! 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I sit here and ytpe to you all hungry not for food but another win.  Training and extreme dieting is a sacrafice, which we bring on ourselves.  The payoff not the meal afterwards the carbs grease fats proteins and down right mouth watering meals.  Its the win knowing you have competited knowing you have met your goal.  But for me just knowing I have competited isnt enough to satisfy my hunger, 1st place is the only way to take the pain out of my stomach to fill my hunger.  1 st place is what makes it all worth it.  With 1 st place the sacrafice seems nothing but a flash in the pan.  Saturday I will be stepping on stage for the third time in a year and I expect nothing less then a win.  I will only accept a win and I have trained for a win.  It will be judgement day and I will be bringing the best I can bring, my job is done now its up to the judges.  Train hard and stay focus&#8217;d your friend industrialfreak &quot;F*ck the beach muscles, bring on the freak muscles&quot;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>36 days and counting 10:02am and I am back to work at the day job finished a hell of a workout this morning feeling wider and tighter overall.  The stage is around the corner and theres still a lot of work to be done I NEED TO GET MY UPPER BODY MATCHED UP WITH MY LEGS.  Hard work, heavy weight and control is the key the hunt is on for upper body mass wish me luck I will need it with calorie restriction we cant all cut up in weight like The All Mighty Levrone.  Staying focus&#8217;d and pulling together all the little things keep an eye out for me cause I am gunning for a victory!!!!!!!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>37 days out, Arm day today feein full and pumped.  Vascularity is where it needs to be.  Still holding strength and energy but now the mind games have begun.  Am I big enough to be a lightheavy the scale right now says Yes and the mirror says no.  This is the shitty part of dieting the mind games.  I&#8217;m doing my best to fight the thoughts back.  Note to self (Stay focus&#8217;d and keep doing waht I&#8217;m doing).  The 25th is judgement day I will let teh judges decide if I am big enough.  All I can do is represent the best I&#8217;ve got and leave them with no doubts.  Abs, calves, cardio, and posing practice tonight then another day is in the record book.  TRAIN HARD AND STAY FOCUS&#8217;D</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>September 16th, 39 days out then back to the stage that got this journey started.  A new weight class and a new goal Nationally Qualified!  This time around things are truely different great support in my corner and great help with diet and nutrition.  I promise to step on stage transformed.  Trainings going great and my energy and strength are through the roof.  Today was shoulders 1 hour of blood pumping vein bursting training.  Nothing like leaving the gym with the feeling of boulders for shoulders and trying to catch your breathe.  I am veinier and heavier then I have ever been at 39 days out THANK YOU DRU!!!!!!  To finish today a little bit of evening leg work, abs, cardio, and some posing practice.  Its crunch time and that means no excuses when OCTOBER 25th rolls around I will not leave any doubts.  Train hard stay focus&#8217;d and remember what all this is for your friend industrialfreak &quot;F*ck the beach muscles, bring on the freak muscles&quot;

<p>11 Weeks to go hope to get some pics up soon. 4 weeks of dieting so far, have alot of work to do yet. On that note the fat is falling of my muscles and the veins are starting to pop. Im starting to feel small, I feel like the muscle mass is there but the extra weight being gone makes me feel small when stepping on the scale. That is the hardest part to get overcome mentally, but hey why carry around the extra weight if its not muscle right. I&#8217;m just writing this to keep my goals in check. Come october 27th I hope to bring the whole package to the stage for my debut in competitve bodybuilding. I will expect no less then mass, striations, separation, good skin tone, and Great posing. When I step on the stage it will truely be judgement day. And I hope to rise above the rest. Dieting is harder then I thought it would be I no longer have flavor as an option. (HaHa) But I&#8217;m sure all of you advance bodybuilders already know what I&#8217;m talking about. I will end these thoughts with these final comments. Winning is about commitment, and I have already committed to it. So come Oct 27th I plan to bring it.</p>
