Todays session was as intense as it gets muscles pumped from set one to finish. Strength is still up and striations are showing like fingers underneath the skin. Veins stretching across my body like tree roots. Tonight abs, cardio, tanning and posing (Note to self get the poses spot on creating a physiques is pointless unless it can be displayed at its best) Time to get this **** done I am hungry for the stage.
