Sorry for a delay in post I did have time to put my post up that I wrote. It was shoulders, my favorite. Presses and raises it was crazy my pump was out of this world. Ended the day with a nice cardio and abs session. Later in the evening I did some more abs and posing the abs are starting to look ripped very nice.

Note to Self: Keep the fat slipping away

					<description>Aug 20th

Monday morning chest today. The muscle group that made the question &amp;amp;#34;Whatcha Bench?&amp;amp;#34; so famous. It is amazing what one day can do to the body as I entered the weight room in hunt for some big ass dumbbells I realized how much more ripped I was. Was it the good night sleep or the extra cardio? Well whatever it was worked I felt ripped and jacked to the bone. By the time i was done hitting chest it was about to rip from all the blood it soaked up I mean let me tell ya it was swollen to all hell. I loved it, once again thank you GLYCERIN. Cardio and abs this evening and then I call it quits for the night.

Note to self: Stretch out better after each workout.

					<description>Aug 19th

Sitting here with eggs on my plate trying to shake off the cold. Getting my second meal finished and my supplements started for the day. A boring day in training just cardio and abs, with a chance of throwing some extensions, hamstring curls, and calve raises in there afterwards. Every calorie burned brings more veins to my skin leading to more freaky mass YEAH BABY!!! Well there isnt much more to put today so back to the life of training.

Note to self: Keep losing as much weight as it takes to bring out all the striations and seperations in my muscle regardless how light the scale says I am.

					<description>Aug 18th

Saturday morning woke up early for some protein then back to bed for a bit. Woke up at 9 and ate then relaxed a little before I prepared myself some cardio and some abs. Must have slept to much cause now I'm tired. Not only am I tired but my arms are still pumped Thank you GLYCERIN!!!!!! Bad thing is today I had to wake to the feeling of being small again, it's rediculous how hard it is to shake this feeling mentally. I guess I will just have to stay off the scale. And just keep remembering that it's all about being shredded and striated. Not a whole lot left to do today besides eat some more and finish my carb depletion day. And maybe some more abs in the evening and a little biking and once again something that can never be forgot POSING. I might even have to tan but besides that I am just going to keep reading Flex &amp;amp;#38; MD to help keep my motivation. Time is running out the show will be here soon and I have to keep mentally ready and finish getting physically ready hope all of you are pulling for me. I hope to represent all bodybuilders in a positive way once I step on stage.

Note to self: Keep practicing posing keep your goal on top of your priorities and get posing on video to watch for what you need work on.

Vegetable Glycerin!! Thank God this product is a must have. For all of you wondering where to get it go to NOWFOODS.com and it will be availible on there. Well it's friday and a great day why? You ask ARMS thats right I trained arms today and with the help of glycerin it was incredible. Every rep I pushed out my arms turn harder and harder I thought they were gonna burst. This is no lie 3 tablespoons an hour before a workout and it makes your muscles suck blood like a vampire. Still feeling strong to didnt wnat to stop working out I was so pumped. But I of course did no need for overtraining when my calories are limited anyways. Today is one fo the first mornings this week that I woke up and wasnt tired have my usual breakfast 4 eggs two slices of cheese, B-12, Crannberry Extract, Natural Sterol Complex, GH Max, and Veggie Glycerin. Got done working out at 8:30 this morning and my veins are still pumping blood to the muscles like fire hoses.

Note of the day: Big weights equal BIG MUSCLE

So last night EZEKUEL YUMMM to bad it was only one piece. Soon I will be incorporating my secret weapon into my routine and diet hopefully its results are as good as expected. 1 hour of cardio tonight and some abs, food then tan and you can call it a day. Have to get to bed early tonight let these legs rest up.

Another day started one more step forward. Woke up fueled myself for a Crazy Shoulder day, my favorite. Feeling leaner by the day, veins were bursting like pipelines today thats always motivated. Did a little volume/doggcarp training today and I must say I am very pleased with the end result of this training session. Its only 10:18 a.m. and my body is already tired, lunch with be here soon. I am not good with words but the feelings I have right now are all over the place. I am beginning to feel more and more confident but at the same time worried and nervous. I guess I will just have to keep reminding myself that the work I have been doing is paying off and that I need to just set the nerves aside and keep training balls to the wall each and ever workout and rep. God I'm tired, did I say that already haha well I need to shake that the day is only starting still have a full day of work then a nice hour session of evening cardio FUN!!! At least the new issue of Flex is in to keep my mind in focus on contest prep while I'm there this evening. After that abs, food, and a good 45 minute session of posing. Well back to my day job
