As of February 2nd, 2007, my lifts are as follows:
Squat: 3×5 (125 lbs)
Bench Press: 3×5 (110 lbs)
Deadlift: 2×5 (195 lbs)
Overhead Press: 3×5 (85 lbs)
Pendlay Row: 3×5 (85 lbs)
I think I’ll continue this program until March, and then decide if I want to scrap this routine and/or make a new one.

Today, my order from Bodybuilding.com came. The only thing that made me sad was that I ordered two 20 ounce shakers, but only one came. I guess I will have to call them up tomorrow and talk things out.

With all the hype behind Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strenght Program, I thought I’d give it a shot.
Workout A:
Squat - 3×5 (95 Lbs)
Benchpress - 3×5 (95 Lbs)
Deadlift - 1×5 (165 Lbs)
Workout B:
Squat - 3×5 (95 Lbs)
Press - 3×5 (75 Lbs)
Powerclean - 3×5 (80 Lbs)
