So it’s about 8 weeks since I started the transformation. I’ve lost some BF% and got more definition, but now I have 4 more weeks to get more muscle, I’ll be working on it for longer, but initially this is my goal for transform. I’ll be training hard, eat a lot, rest and take creatine, L glutamine and protein shakes for convinience. And hopefully, I’ll get somewhere close to where I want to get. Hold your thumbs for me, I have to reach this goal! I will feel fantastic if I will, and if I wont? There’s no such thing

I just officially passed all of my assesments on my course, and I already got a job. I had first interview last week, and yesterday I trained the menager for my practical assessment. She felt nicely SMASHED! And she loved me, so even though I supposed to have third interview she offered me a job already! I feel like a machine! I love training people, and myself. I hope that is a start of great carrier!
So I’m the Terminator! Who want’s to get smashed?
And for everyone, keep dreaming and translate your dreams into reality, just set yourself goals and just tick them when completed, because dreams do come true

I AM! Today I had 3 assessments on my course of PT. Each of them is called like some animal, and the biggest is Lion! I passed them all! Awesome, ey? So by 2 weeks from now on I’m going to start teaching circuit classes in parks in Melbourne Au. I can’t wait to motivate people to live a healthier life, to reach their goals, to be proud of who their are and what they can achieve!
PS My transformation going well, I have a six pack again! And my triceps are better than ever, just fingers crossed to keep it up!

So my PT course is cool! I had 3 tests this week, and I passed them all. First was my Fitness test, which was intact! And two others were about Fitness knowledge, including insertion and origins of muscles, actions of joints and analizing of exercises in terms of anatomical position, what is axis, force and resistance and what is the joint action. next week I have more tests and some work home is due. Tomorrow I start training with a new Personal Trainer, didn’t really like my previous one!
So that’s my week’s been! And how was yours?
Let me know

Some people working hard in a gym, and then they go and eat no nutrition valued food and they wonder why their body doesn’t change. The thing is you need fuel for muscles to recover. Fast food is not a fuel! In a best scenario your body won’t change but in most common case it will get sick, tired, lose muscle and gain fat! So you need good clean food and rest.
And sugar is not better than fat, if you’ll eat sugar with fat like in a regular burger your body will use sugar as a fuel and it will store fat. So aim for 15% of good fat like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. And no sugar.
I learned my lesson this week, not enough rest and not all the nutrients, and what happened! I got sick! I was lucky it was only one day, but I keep it in mind and learn from it.
Hope you’ll have some use from it too
