well today is december 16th been on this insane diet and packin on the meat as well as the muscle . I am filling out and cloths are getting tight on me so must be doing something. although I have not gained much weight but starting to see the BF go up some blaaaaaa .. anyways I am turning into a friggen monster with my lifting because all the food in me so that is good.  well time for my 9th egg of the day and then bed time for this guy ..

day after legs

December 2, 2008

yesterday I did my new legs program and feeling pretty damn good today. but I know the second and 3rd day are the worst. I had 2000 cal about 2 hours before working out on them , so fatigue was not an issue . I was not totaly draind from this routine now was spending far to much time . I was in and out in 2 hours.. thats like record time for me on legs day.  starting to see some good progress in them to. and the seperation is showing week by week from the muscle growth. :-)

new diet in action ! things are going good. however cravings for  sugar is the main issue. when I feel I need something with sugar I just have a protine shake , its sweet and tasty so it curves that craving. I also feel I am eating like a horse. ingesting around 4500cal a day is insane from going to 2400 but already packing on mass from it .. gained 4 lbs

monday Nov 24th .. got up after a good nights rest and had my egg whites protine shake and off to the gym. workout was crazy intence . though I have been sick for a week almost I still had some strength gains on back excercises. Bicepts I killed them also but actually had to decrease some weight by 5lbs. I am dropping body fat I can tell from what I see in the mirror and my body weight is down again. However my goal is to put on more muscle so going to up my caloric intake again to 4000 plus

Come on lets get this cold overwith and back on track

5:30am—Feeling a little better today after a good night sleep and lots of the buckly’s gross stuff! I started off with a good breakfast and dragged my but into work. If I continue to feel the way I do right now I think I might do some light home exercise. However my nose is still running like a tap but maybe this will go away through out the day.  as for the rest of my night I was still not feeling well and just went home to get my ample rest .

was suppose to start today :-(

I was so amped to get on track with the lean bulking diet  and start to see me transform into the tank I wish to become but I woke up in the middle of the night , last night in cold sweats and that omg feeling of " please don’t let me be coming down with the flu "  well as it was I fought a hard day at work today , eating little and actually having gingerale , I wich I never drink pop but needed it to settle my blaaa feeling . well I hope I can kick this thing fast because there is some cast iron calling my name and I can’t tollerate not being able to go and feel that rush after a good workout …
