					<description>we all have to find that balance! I have that same trouble, i like yoga and just a good hard run to release a lot of stress. a type of run that pushes my limits, along with some emotional music to get me going and just vent.  i find that i just need to relax and do something that makes me and me alone happy instead of worrying about everyone else.</description>

					<description>I hear where you're coming from. I've been deployed for a while now, when I got out here, I was in good shape, not great but good. I was going to improve on it out here, but somewhere along the way I lost focus. And now I eat junk food and don't workout. I'm trying to get back into a routine, but it gets harder each time I try. I'm finding myself searching for the same answers you are. Hopefully, we'll find them soon :)
