Morning of day1=success!
I won the battle with the bed this morning. up and outt bed by 5am, at the gym by 6am. I did bis, tris and abs today along with a 20 min cardio warm up.
Id be lying if i said it was easy, im really tired right now, might even have a little nap before work but I did it and im proud of myself. So for the rest of the day i have a 40 minute walk planned and at least 2 more 30 minute walks with my dog. im also going to do a bit of forearm work later on this afternoon. i havent got a supper planned out yet but ill pick smething good

Great job! I wish I could get my ass out off bed early enough for a morning workout. Unfortunately my bed is way too persuasive! Good luck and keep at it.

Way to go.
First time is the worst and by the time you’ve got a month of this in the rear view mirror, you’ll look forward to hitting the gym early and feeling great all day long!

i have this merory foam bed and it holds me down when the alarm goes off!!
I even put my alarm clock across the room, so i’d have to get out of bed to turn it off and i still climbed back in!! I will still get my workout in, but would be nice to have it out of the way to study and clean up!! Good Job on making it today!!!!!!
