Well first i have to say that this is my last day of classes. OMG!!! where did the time go. honestly im happy as hell but so so sad. my routine…my tea in the a.m with friends, everything…its all over
So this is my last set of exams. for the last 3 days i havent been going to the gym b/c im too tired early before classes and i dont have time in the evening. so i think the best thing to do untill they are over is this:
i will hit the gym WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT, doing cardio and maybe some sauna time. at home i will workout on my breaks from studying…with walking, yoga, pilates, skipping, and weights. i will try to do full body everyday.
As for diet : hard! i stay up late and like coffee..hmmm…. i guess i will try to keep the protein, eat small meals frequently and as for icecream ….only a small MUG full each day
