monday morning
my girl friend is reaaly shy and wanted to start going to the gym. she asked me to take her, i coulnt say no so for the last week ive been going at 7 am to workout with her then again at 7 pm with my guy. When i go in the a.m its a much lighter workout,less intense and not as specific. it gives me a chance to do the stuff my guy wont do with me plus we have dedicatated a morning just to core exercises and sauna
i know i have to be carful so i dont get burnt out so i made 2 plans fo each to work around eachother.
today is abs and cardio in the morning and PUSH at night
