school pics in a month

bah!!

not that big of a deal i know but still these are one of those pics that will be on my family’s wall forever lol. i need a tan, hair cut, and id like to slim my face down a bit. overall my neck and face usually look pretty slim but its still something to work at.

all of us from our class are going to go out that weekend and get someone to just randomly take pictures of us so we can all have an album. so i have to look good!!! i do not want to be the girl they look back on and say she really gainded weight while we were in college lol. i want them to be impressed. and also ive gained alot of muscles over the last year and a half and id really like to show that off!!!

monday morning

my girl friend is reaaly shy and wanted to start going to the gym. she asked me to take her, i coulnt say no so for the last week ive been going at 7 am to workout with her then again at 7 pm with my guy. When i go in the a.m its a much lighter workout,less intense and not as specific. it gives me a chance to do the stuff my guy wont do with me plus we have dedicatated a morning just to core exercises and sauna :) i know i have to be carful so i dont get burnt out so i made 2 plans fo each to work around eachother.

today is abs and cardio in the morning and PUSH at night

ughh. my trainign partner is my boyfriend. so of course things are different, no touchy touchy lol we keep that outta the gym. but things are still different. He  always trying to change our routine on me once we get there which drives me nuts. i want to stick to what im doing and see what works not change it up everyday we train. and we will talk about the plans before hand then we get in there and hes like trying to do somehing completly different. i mean whatever thats okay but if im gonna train with someone then i want it to sutit me too. i like training with him, but i feel like he ruins my workout. he is rarely "there" with me. I spot him every set he needs it, try to encourage him and help in what ways i can. when its my time to do a set he is either staring off in space or playing with his stupid mp3. I want help pushing out that last 1 or 2 reps  but by the time i have to hollar for him ive lost it. also hes now doing this pause thing during sets where he goes heavy, gets a few reps then pauses for 15 second and does some more then pauses then does some more. this mean thta im waiting to do my set this whole time including taking the weights on and off..which drives me mad, that was not the plan! Ive thought about traning another body part during his sets but then id be done way before him. I feel like he wants me to be there but to follow him around and i dont want to doo that. honestly it takes almost 2 hours everynight at the gym with him!

push-pull

I decided to go on a push-pull workout. i have done it before when i started working out and it worked well. i decided it was now time for a change and i need to get some focus so why not. my guy decided to do it with me which makes it really nice. so far its going really well. i killed legs the other day, havent done that in a while! today is pull day, back and bis. my weights have alreday increased! its nice to put that extra challange in myself and go bigger!

10 day detox

morning:

2 cleansing pills. green tea, yoga, walk, 1/2 grapefruit and eggs.

dinner:

2 cleansing pills, apple and pb sandwich,

supper:

alot of veges, workout, protein shake

lunch:

2 cleansing pills, detox tea, yoga, fruit or veges

- throughout the day have ATLEAST 8 glasses of water

a fresh start

last semester put me back a bit. my willpower sucked my ambition was low and basically everything was off with me. Alot has happened over this short vacation and alot has opened my eyes. i know what path i want to begin heading out on and now i can start.

-Tomorrow morning i will start my detox…i see this more as refreshing instead of a chore, i am looking forward to it.

- i am also going to begin my running again, i wont be too strict at first just so i can get back at it whenever during the day and for however long i feel like

-as far as training goes i need to be more organized, snice ive been going to the gym ive just kinda been doing whatever my guy wants to do for the most part and not paying attention to weight, sets or reps.

 

I will blog tomorrow with details of the detox
