at home workout
I didnt have time to go to the gym today. with school and work im getting down to crunch time to my first exam. so that mean some sacrafices need to be made. i skipped the gym…but still worked out
got out the thera band and did lateral raises, boxing, bent tri extesion. hip extension, plie squat, side bend and crunches
it wasnt as intense but i got it in betwwen questions studying
