holiday home is over!!

it was really nice seeing family and friends but im glad to be home. i realized alot this weekend…about me and what i want/ need and im not sure im where i need to be. its a scarey feeling to realize you may have to change alot of your "normal" to truly be happy!

any way. for diet it was definatly alll over the place but i did not pig out, i need have quite a few cheats though.

for training i did nothing!!!!!!

back at it today im sure im gonna feel the work needed

exams done!

passed them all!!!

celebrations begin…now. well actually i was good tonight. i wanted to go out lol but i didnt i had a bit of cheese late..about 10pm wish i hadnt but what can i do. so tomorrow its up early…..would love to get in a workout but i doubt i will. then its off to work for 8 hours and headed out of town to see a girl friend. we will of course go out! not sure what ill drink yet but i know only crystal light mix. the next morning its up early and head back home for work at dinner time. ugghhh after work on sunday thoguh im gonna have one kickass workout! im excited to got a small routine together over the holidays. ill figure something out :) and ill let you know what my plan is

yogurt, i scoop of protein, dash of cinnamon, 1/4 cup oats, flax…..delicious!

hahaha im trying to get my head around that eating thing again lol. see i remember a year ago when i moved here. be sides drinks and nachos and the occasional treat, junky food just didnt seem good to me, i didnt crave it, didnt enjoy and didnt eat it lol. i had soooo much fun making new clean dishes. then i got busy, stressed and my love for junk began again.

last week i had a few junky things but noticed how much i really didint enjoy them while and after eating them. and except for once i didnt even crave it, i just ate it cuz my guy suggested it. so this week has been really good. almost too extreme. i have taken notice to what will make me feel good. and ive noticed that alot wont lol so with the little money we have at the moment we dont ahve much to eat and what we do have is mostly junk so im not eating much (which isnt good when you are tryong to gain more muscle) im pumping the protein powder to me and feeling good about my change of heart/hunger :)

2 weeks of exams

as of right now i have carrots and cranberries in my fridge…some white rice and a pita bread in the cupboard and some protein powder with no milk, blender or shaker. ugghhh. im hoping and praying my student loan comes in today but i have no idea if it will or not. I had planned on have a simple diet laid out for exam time but i have no clue what i will have to eat so i cannot do that. for now its just eat what i can when i can lol.

I stated back up at the gym yesterday, i felt a bit weak but overall i was just pumped to be back at the weights. i think it did good for my cold too, i feel pretty great today besies im a bit filled up in my nose and throat. for the next two weeks heres what it will be:

       *One rest day per week week

       *Every training day i will do -1 body part

                      
                        -20 minutes of cardio

                      
                        -15 minutes of yoga

                      
                        -15 minutes of pilates

                      
                        -1 glutes and 1 ab exercise

Got the flu

for about the last week i have not been to the gym because i seriously havent had time ive been too busy studying. Today was my day to get back at it a bit. now im snuffing and snotting and can hardly talk.i will still try to go to the gym today but i dont want to gross people out. i think i will get right in with the workout and skip cardio. im afraid the running will get my nose going. anywayim really not looking forward to it but i gotta get back at the gym

at home workout

I didnt have time to go to the gym today. with school and work im getting down to crunch time to my first exam. so that mean some sacrafices need to be made. i skipped the gym…but still worked out :) got out the thera band and did lateral raises, boxing, bent tri extesion. hip extension, plie squat, side bend and crunches :) it wasnt as intense but i got it in betwwen questions studying

Exams #5

ugghh didnt i just write these things ?!?!?!?

so ive been a complete slacker this semester. ambition was not there, mentally and physically i am just tired out and never had any real time to get my self feeling good. In 6 days from today my exams begin. Im freaking out!!! i still have no real plan, ill work on that today. need to think about diet, exercise and stuyding and sleep and yes i do have to plan them all or im all over the place. anyway im off for classes then clinic..another busy day horray :(
