4 days!..untill my b-day
if you havent noticed i get a bit excited baout a day all about me lol. since my b-day falls on a sunday i will party on saturday and get bak to me on sunday. so far my diet has been going well and training hasnt been too bad. i havent increased my weight and intesity the way i had hoped but thats out of my control lol. im exhausted from school, work, and training.im a bit runn down. i havent decided yet whether i am going to the gym today or not, id lov e to but with luke it seems to take sooo much timeĀ and i need to crack down on getting some end of semester homeowork done. so i may just haul out my dumbells, bands and physio ball and do sets b/w homework. doesnt sound slike too much fun but its a way to get a workout in and get a break from the books. I think that may happen a bit this comming weeks, there is so much to do and not enugh time so i may hav eto get back to my home workouts for a week. we’ll see. maybe i will get up early for the gym more often to get it in, i dont know we’ll see how i feel. but for now things are going great and i cant wait to celebrate my b-day (and secretly celebrate a year of hard training and learning self control)
