20 days till im 20
Need to set a goal…
Birthday plans?..my friend is bringing his guitar and playing me some music…a few drinking games of course:) hoping it’ll be snowing so we will have a bonfire outside and spend the night dancing and taking lots of pics!! can’t wait! So its not like ill be showing myself off much but i still want to look good of course.
day1-5 >no food after 9
>no chips or sweet drinks
> up protein
>up the weight
day5-10>no food after 8
>no chocolate, cut down carbs
>up veges and fruit
>up the cardio
day10-15>no food after 7
>cut down sodium
> lots of water
>abs and glutes everyother day
day15-20>no food after 7
>no coffee
>SMOOTHIES:)
> full body workout day 15, 16, 17,20 -REST day 18 & 19
Basically I want to look firm and slim for my 20th. I want my pics to rock!
