Got up at 5:30. Cardio, Chest, Cardio….Omlet & protein pancake!!! yes!!

now its time for 3 clients and back to the gym for tris. its a good day!

shoulders, abs and cardio!! feeling a burn all over!

been going with my boyfriend to the gym for a while now, today i went off on my own for a while to do my own thing! very proud of myself hahaha. things are comming along nicely for me lately, midsection is a bit thicker then id hoped but its hard for me to tell whats going on there, im stressed way too often  so b/w water retention and cheats ive got a problem, but im sticking to my diet, slowly cutting down the cals, increasing the protein and choosing better food choices, ill give it untill november 1st to see what my next step will be

its been fun getting to know the gym, im learning quickly what i like and dont like lol  its all really fun, and really tiring. i need to get back into a routine of getting up early, i hate this getting up just in time. diet is going really well for me lately. my only problem is eating late really, im never hungry but my guy eats really late and i have a hard time to having a bite but i try to keep it to A BITE when i can.

my plans for today is just to rest!! i have a lot of studying to do but i plan on having a nice long bath and maybe a quick stroll around the block for some fresh air. no cardio, no abs, no weights, just rest!!! my diet today will be simple and light.

my favorite season

by far autumn is my favorite season! everything si so crisp and clean. i want to be outside at all times :) which isnt good when i have studying to do lol. n e ways was just feeling good and wanted to share my thoughts. take care everyone. thanks for all your beautiful pic and blogs that remind me why i love this

turkey dinner

made my thanksgiving dinner today…. my first!!! it was great…and my luke loved it!

we has roasted veges, cranberry stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce and the turkey of course. stuffing was about the worst part of the meal, but even then it was all healthy with the exection of the ton of sodium :)

Tosa Reno helped me out alot to day, SAVED me on that cranberry sauce. i couldnot find a recipie with less than 1 cup pf sugar, but in her cookbook i found how to make one with no sugar :)

there were alot of ppl there today was i was pretty nervous at first. but i got over it. its really nice seeing everyone working hard at there goals, whatever they may be. and my luke looks so hood working out!! :)

it feels so good learning new exercises and doing things in a different way… i love it

I’ve been putting it off, time and time again. the thought of going to the gym and people seeing me wrkout scared me spooo much..

but today my boyfriend convinced me too just TRY. he does so good at the gym and id love to share that passion with him there so after along time of walking around, coffe and almost crying i stepped inside lol. AND I LOVED IT! Luke was so supportive. i havent used machines or the equipment before. my workouts and always with dumbells, stetch balls, pull up bar and bball. so i needed some help for sure. he was so happy for me and he says he was impressed by me. im so happy i overcame that fear…… one more step toward becoming my full being

Had a few WICKED workouts this week, a fairy good diet. a few days of no workouts and a few major slip ups in the diet department. soooo… im not where i want to be at all. not getting up early for runs, not getting in a good breakfast and still sitting on my ass more than working it. so my accomplishments this week are way outweighed by my slip ups.. hoping for a successful weekend
