monday
monday went well. my diet was good, no junk, prob not enough protein but i was pretty busy. My only downfall was about 11@ night when i rushed to the store for some orange juice and ginger ale. i needed sugar…and the gingerale is a must when im sick:) i didnt drink muchand im okay with my decision. theer are some things i will never give up…and ginger ale when im sick is one of them.
as far as working out, i did glutes, quads, bis, tris and abs.. very quick bursts of workouts but at least i worked myself.
anyways its backk to the books…4 more exams left. wish me luck

glutes and quads will really ramp up the metabolism, too. If your crud is viral it won’t like that much and hopefully you’ll get better quick. Ginger is great for calming the stomach, so go for it, get better, finish exams, and hit it hard and refreshed!
