getting sick :(
i knew it was gonna happen! change in weather + exams= sickness. im fighting it but its stilll bringing me down.
I will be leaving for my home town on friday after supper for 3 days…i want to look nice, healthy and happy of course sooooo. im pumping the vitamins to me, taking care of my self in general and changing the diet a bit. when im stressed im not going to lie, i turn to food! i have to say ive been blessed with a fairly good metabolisn but still it def takes its toll on my body. Calories are going down quite a bit this week. with protein shakes being high on the list of "live off me" foods.
as far as training goes i just dont have the time/energy this week yet it is sooooo important to me that i look like im in control when i go home. plan: yoga, pilates and one muscle at a time woroout b/w study sessions. this may souns useless or rediculos but to me it sounds like a plan. im going to give it a try. the way i see it i have a very short attention span as it is so i have lots of SHORT bursts of time to workout out and by not taking out a big chunk of time for exercise then i eliminte gettin side tracked.
so ill blog tonight to see how the first day has went
