cant sit
Wednesday, September 24th, 2008so pumped!. started a new push-pull routine yesterday and im sore all over. my run was amazing. i usally have to stop alot but this time it was one full run with only one stop in the middle. i had planned on a run again this mornin but at 6:30 i got up to pee and couldnt sit dow ! woohoo lol. feels so good to hurt
my diet was awesome too i started keeping track on my cals and grams of protein again. aiming for 1300 cals and 100 grams of protein. done really good except for 2 cookies, they were homemade and i had a bag of them so i did good to only eat 2 lol.
today is pull day, so back and bis mostly. will do a few glute med/min exercises, abs and go for a goood walk (no running!!)
