cant sit

so pumped!. started a new push-pull routine yesterday and im sore all over. my run was amazing. i usally have to stop alot but this time it was one full run with only one stop in the middle. i had planned on a run again this mornin but at 6:30 i got up to pee and couldnt sit dow ! woohoo lol. feels so good to hurt :) my diet was awesome too i started keeping track on my cals and grams of protein again. aiming for 1300 cals and 100 grams of protein. done really good except for 2 cookies, they were homemade and i had a bag of them so i did good to only eat 2 lol.

today is pull day, so back and bis mostly. will do a few glute med/min exercises, abs and go for a goood walk (no running!!)

i love being a small town girl! bonfires, cottages and alot of beer…that was my weekend for sure lol. family time was amazing as usual and couldnt have been happier to see my little sisters.

however it is the trip home thta im excited to tell you about. my first trip to lululemon…and i had FUN!! jacket, sports bra and stetchy pants. by far my fav shopping trip! im headed for a run now to sport it off. im usually sooo not a material girl but everyone has their moments!! hahha cheers

tues and wed

cant complain about tuesdaay, diet was good and i had a good shoulder and ab workout..gluts and adducters were sore so i didnt do n e legs. wednesday i did not workout, diet was alright exceot that a ate some fettechinni alferado..just a bit tho (still didnt need it right now lol). the worst part about exams for me is my modd being so low and the lack of energy, i know if i picked myself up id feel better but i cant seem to do that. tonight is my last night of studying for this exam period. wish me lluck

monday went well. my diet was good, no junk, prob not enough protein but i was pretty busy. My only downfall was about 11@ night when i rushed to the store for some orange juice and ginger ale. i needed sugar…and the gingerale is a must when im sick:) i didnt drink muchand im okay with my decision. theer are some things i will never give up…and ginger ale when im sick is one of them.

as far as working out, i did glutes, quads, bis, tris and abs.. very quick bursts of workouts but at least i worked myself.

anyways its backk to the books…4 more exams left. wish me luck

i knew it was gonna happen! change in weather + exams= sickness. im fighting it but its stilll bringing me down.

I will be leaving for my home town on friday after supper for 3 days…i want to look nice, healthy and happy of course sooooo. im pumping the vitamins to me, taking care of my self in general and changing the diet a bit. when im stressed im not going to lie, i turn to food! i have to say ive been blessed with a fairly good metabolisn but still it def takes its toll on my body. Calories are going down quite a bit this week. with protein shakes being high on the list of "live off me" foods.

as far as training goes i just dont have the time/energy this week yet it is sooooo important to me that i look like im in control when i go home. plan: yoga, pilates and one muscle at a time woroout b/w study sessions. this may souns useless or rediculos but to me it sounds like a plan. im going to give it a try. the way i see it i have a very short attention span as it is so i have lots of SHORT bursts of time to workout out and by not taking out a big chunk of time for exercise then i eliminte gettin side tracked.

so ill blog tonight to see how the first day has went

we have become the best of friends.hahha. being a student massage therapist i cant say i enjoyed the callused palms lol and my clients prob didnt either. sooo i went on the search for some gloves!! it took a while but i eventually found the perfect fit and im in love. beautiful, sleek and smooth….ode to my gloves. hahahah

big practicle exam in 2 days!!!

ouch!!!

keeping my workouts good. havent done much cardio this week, late night studying and need sleep in the a.m lol. i have next week off to study so i will get cardio in then. not sure if im going to work out today or not yet…depends i guess hahha. diet is going pretty good, not too strick but im eating clean
