shoulders, arms feeling the burn :)
Felt great to get back at it yesterday. i killed it for sure. havent made my bicepts sore in forever ..love it!!! my whole upper body is feeling the burn. my back lagged a bit since i was exhausted by the time i got to it and my lower body def wasnt targeted as much as i wanted. Yesterday i just did full body and let myself do what i felt needed. so today i’ll do legs and maybe back.
Im feeling really good about where i am now. i can see alot of changes in my body and it feels good to know how hard ive worked. I showed my bf a pic a this girlĀ in my oxygen and i loved what he had to say. he thought she looked great but said its the hard work and determination that she must have had that makes her most attractive, thats why he think women who train are good looking. i think that’s a great way to look at it. to appriciate all the work.
my diet is slowly getting back to where it should be too. though its far from perfect. im off for a run . have a great week
