Abs today

my arms are still tore up. i wanted to cry putting on deoderent this morning just from the small movement lol. Can’t lie and say i don’t love it though.

yesterday my legs got their target too though, especially my adductors. I will prob go for a good hike later but im going to skip the run, with the heat im not enjoying my runs this week, i need to start running early/ late again…but not till school starts back up :)   im enjoying my sleeping in.

Today will be an all ab day. i want to hate laughing tomorrow. I will probably do upper, lower and obliques today, i want too get it all in.

I have to admit though that even though im working my but off training, my diet isnt so good. i dont have much in the fridge so its like fruit by day then junk by night…ugghhhh its so hard when the people around you are munching and this is my week to socialize so im giving in way too much.

shoulders, arms feeling the burn :)

Felt great to get back at it yesterday. i killed it for sure. havent made my bicepts sore in forever ..love it!!! my whole upper body is feeling the burn. my back lagged a bit since i was exhausted by the time i got to it and my lower body def wasnt targeted as much as i wanted. Yesterday i just did full body and let myself do what i felt needed. so today i’ll do legs and maybe back.

Im feeling really good about where i am now. i can see alot of changes in my body and it feels good to know how hard ive worked. I showed my bf a pic a this girl  in my oxygen and i loved what he had to say. he thought she looked great but said its the hard work and determination that she must have had that makes her most attractive, thats why he think women who train are good looking. i think that’s a great way to look at it. to appriciate all the work.

my diet is slowly getting back to where it should be too. though its far from perfect. im off for a run . have a great week

And boy did they kick my ass!!!

I passed them all but im feeling the stress. ACNE!! eww my back is ichy…and im a picker so its just not good at all. and everythign about me looks wore out and tired…i need a good sleep thats for sure.

tonight my plans are to clean my house and myself up and get one good ass sleep….tomorrow i’ll do the end of junipr term party and get that outta the way lol. come sunday morning i may just need to enjoy doing nothing at all…maybe a quiet walk with my guy or a late movie.

Monday however…that’s a different story. I cannot wait to spend the whole entire day sweating my ass off lol. i expect to not be able to walk without pain come tuesday morning !!  it’s gonna be nice to get back into the swing of things

had a few drinks last night….not good for the belly but def good for the stress level lol. i think im most excited about working out when exams are all over!!! i feel awful only getting in a bit here and there :( im not losing muscle though and my belly is doing good. I just need time and no stress haha. it’ll come

burnt

The sun got the best of me today :) I studied all afternoon down on a feild and on a few decks with some friends…and im lobster red!!! woo hooo that’s hot!!! hahha

it was sweet though. i marched around with my shirt hauled up and wasnt embarrassed at all.. yay!! this summer is going to be a good one.

I just took my hydroxycut a while ago so im off for a workouut!! this morning i thought i was going to puke i ran so far, it was nice thoug hahaha, love the sweat

My b/f came home with a present for me the other day!!!..a bittle of hydroxycut max. lol if thats doesnt sound funny i dont know what is . u know your living the life when :)

I had wanted to try it for a while but it is a bit expensive so i was waiting …but surprise lol. I started it yesterday so im easing my way into the recommended amount. Anyone taking it let me know what u htink. Im hoping is as good as they say.

my 20 min workouts

haha im loving them!!! its so nice to say i gotta workout first and still not be late for where i was going! its exciting too, keeps my mind on it alot more.

im doing 20 minutes of pilates, full-body workouts, yoga, jogs and walks(usually more like 45min with walking) whenever i get the chance throughout the day. its good because i dont usually have a big chunck of time to spend on trainning so this is fitting my sched great! its also amazing with studying for exams. I get just enough of a break but i keep busy so i dont get lazy and where i stay in for most of it i dont get side tracked to take off and not study.

My diet is struggling a bit, im finding it hard to find time to prepare good meals but im working at it :)

got up at 7am. meditated, done some yoga, 20 min pilates, 30 min run and a full body workout!!!……now im off for some breakfast at Cora’s:)
