my arms are still tore up. i wanted to cry putting on deoderent this morning just from the small movement lol. Can’t lie and say i don’t love it though.
yesterday my legs got their target too though, especially my adductors. I will prob go for a good hike later but im going to skip the run, with the heat im not enjoying my runs this week, i need to start running early/ late again…but not till school starts back up
im enjoying my sleeping in.
Today will be an all ab day. i want to hate laughing tomorrow. I will probably do upper, lower and obliques today, i want too get it all in.
I have to admit though that even though im working my but off training, my diet isnt so good. i dont have much in the fridge so its like fruit by day then junk by night…ugghhhh its so hard when the people around you are munching and this is my week to socialize so im giving in way too much.
