monday..new week

things are looking up this week.

I made up a ton of clean foods to have at easy access last night, which will definatly keep me on track alot EASIER. I had an aweosme arm/shoulder workout yesterdat and a pretty good run this morining. Today is leg day, meh im kind of excited but no overly lol, though my glutes do need the work so ill push through it.

It feels nice to be back in a reguar routine for sure. im reading a book about mind,body and soul care. its very interesting and i think it may give point me in some right directions of the changes i have to make.

it was great!!!!

im still kinda out of it but i have my training face back on:) last night i did legs and didnt want to stop, it was crazy great and this morning i forced myself up and sweat my ass off. feels good to be back in control.

Im going out dancing tonight, but i think ill skip the drinks, or just have one before we leave…because i dont think i derserve the drinks after a shitty week.

I found a good page on here for counting calories, you just type in your food and it tells u cals, protein ect. which is what i need because i want to stay within 1300 cals but i need variety, this way i know pretty well exactly what my meals can consist of.

off to class now though..then cleaning this apartment up..finally lol

well i went on the stepper yesterday to try to make up for my lost morning walk. my workout was half-assed and this morning i again couldnt get outta bed. I got thinking what the hell is up???

Then i zoned out and looked around my house and was pissed! then i realized my house is a mess, i miss my little sisters like you wouldn’t believe and i have alot to get done. I honestly think thats it. I love working out im just down, and i seriously havent really been down sonce ive been in fredericton. I want so much to keep on top of school that I left my housework(which seriously stresses me out lol) and this is the first time ive really missed home. so i need to fix that, get over it, get stuff done and cheer up. it makes me fell better just to REALIZE whats up.

after talking to main man "Darkness"  lol he told me i needed a song…well dah!! why didnt i think of that. music always gets me through! so i thought about what i needed. i need something modivational and cheerful. so ive switch my korn for nelly furtado hahaha. first i blasted my summer song "let me blow your mind" then i played my nelly playlist. and i feel like summer is comming and i want to look hot for it lol. I feel alot better, im gonna listen to it all day :)

mad at myself

though all training is imprtant to me, my abs are by far the focus. my goal for reaching the last step to what i ant is hard training, VERY good diet and ots of cardio.well training is great…im not doing cardio hardly at all and im having too many fall backs in my diet! and im frusterated!

its like when im in it im in it hard!! but as soon as i have a "bad moment" my diet goes to shit, its only little things…but its alot of little things that are just enough to set me back. and cardio is shitty. i donno maybe I just need a good smacck to get back straight!

I dont really feel like my body needs a rest..but i’ll take it. today is clinic day, meaning im at my college from 9 this morning untill 9 tonight which also means that I need a relaxing day as much as possible. So no weights, no pilates, no cardio!

My diet for today is not much different from other days only i wont force myself to eat meat or focus as much on carbs.

1- egg, spinach wrap

2- rice and chicken

3- cucumber and cheese

4-apple before clinic

5- banana between clinets

 

I still need to work on some quick, cheap and easy food ideas (like 2 minute meals) for clinic but for now this is it.

spring has sprung!

Yesterday was officially the first day of spring..here in fredericton lol. there was something in the air, it was like all at once the season changed. EVERYONE was out for a walk, strollers were going by, the cafe seats were outside filled with customers, it was amazing!!! For me this means alot more outside time, alot more walks with friends and very soon the walking bridge will be clear for those wonderful and enjoyable morning runs I miss.

Ive been pretty busy lately so I dont get to check in as much as id like. But i am still at it. This weekend some friends came over. we had pizza and drinks but i had only one small drink ( then i realized i didnt really wanna loose my hard work for the week) and a peice of vegetarian pizza. it was nice!

So my diet has been great and training is going pretty amazing, the only thing wrong is im not doing alot of cardio, my legs were too sore alot and my busy schedule has gotten in the way a bit. but im working on finding just the right times for me, this sunshine will help out alot i think :)

leg day

legs are feeling better and its time to train them again! hoping for another kickass workout today. Saturdays are busy for me between working all day, working out, homeowrk, housecleaning and trying to see some friends. its enough to drive me nuts some weeks lol. a friend of mine invted me over for a bbq…but it wont be untill late so i donno. i may stop over but i prob wont stay.

i guess thats one of the parts about training/dieting i dont like, people dont understand. for instance if i go there i wont be eating b/c itll be like 10 pm and probable hotdogs lol and i wont be drinking. no matter what i say everyone will still be trying to shove food and drinks in my face and if i tell them what im doing they will go on to tell me "why ur not fat..don’t be silly" and theni get frusterated b/c i know im not fat!!!

anyway yesterday went well, diet was good and my back/chest workout was decent. i think i need to find some new back workouts with free weights though b/c i feel like im always doing them same thing, back is hard to work without machines.

1. log onto bb.com

2. stretch

3. go for a walk

4. have a glass of water

5. call mom/ a friend to chat

6. get out some important homeowork

7. clean something

8. do nails, eyebrows, put on lotion etc.

9. think about summer

10. workout!

 so today’s workout is back and chest. I enjoy training back alot, not too fond of chest though, ah well i’ll love it today :)

Skipping my jog this morning b/c my legs are still very sore, if they are feeling okay tonight i might go out for one though.

meals for today:

1- prtein pancake, half grapefruit and green tea

2- yogurt and musili

3- pineapple and grapes

4- protein shake (stuffed)

5- small peice of steak ,turkey stuffing and green tea

6- spinach and an apple

 

My b/f is sick so he has a big tub of chocolate ice cream in the freezer and mother nature has come to visit me so lets watch my willpower!?!  maybe if i write it on here i’ll be less likely to eat any of it!:)

cardio day

yesterday went well. Had a kick ass workout! And i followed my diet exactly……im so sore today  so im looking forward to my cardio day :)

I started the day with a 30 minute jog at 6 a.m. brrrrrr it was so cold! after classes i will do some skipping then go on the stepper later on tonight.

meal 1- 1 peice of ww french toast with oatmeal,protein and flax for coating. half grapefruit, green tea

        2- apple, pineapple

        3- spinach,tuna,feta wrap and green tea

        4- small peice of steak and green pepper/onion

        5- nuts and turkey stuffing

        6- spinach

well yesterday went pretty well as planned, which was easy b/c not much was planned haha. i did have a small peice of steak throughout the day so that added on a few calories which i needed.

here’s today’s plan:

*legs and abs

*two 30min cardio sessions                  
         

           diet: 1- half grape fruit, bowl ofmusili with fat free soy milk, green tea

                   2- boiled egg, apple

                   3- tuna,spniach,feta wrap, green tea

                   4- protein shake with fat free soy milk, half a banana, almond butter and oatmeal in it

                  5- chicken, rice, asaragus

                   6- spinach
