back and chest
nnever my favorite workout but oh well it’s got to be done lol. i donno why i dislike it so much ahha, i think its just the free weights. it was pretty decent though. i did all super sets and some tri sets to get the workout over with quicker, i like them better anyhow.
good run this morning, i was sweating like a dog and out of breath, it felt so good because its been so cold for so long that it was hard to enojoy my runs but this morning was wondefrful!! I am sleeping alot better lately which is good, i need some downtime for sure. my diet has also been great. Chicken, squash and broccoli for supper tonight mmmmm can’t wait
