not much to blog today.
yesterdays diet went great, had a pretyy good back/chest workout. legs and low abs today, pretty pumped for it. i think i will try to change my routine next week, ill make tuesday a training day, saturday my rest day and sunday my cardio day see how that goes for me. im thinking rest in the middle of the week just screws me up. i didnt get up for a run this morning. dissapoonted about that! i think i need like 3 alarms lol in the a.m my mind just doesnt say exercise. anyway today will be another busy one. have a good friday everyone xo
