another busy day for me. school 9-3, clinic 4-9, workout 9-9:30 then maybe some homework lol. wow im exhausted just thinking about it lol.
I beat the rain today, went for a run about 6 am its pouring now! eggs and salmon for breakfast. for the rest of the day i have all bran, turkey pizza, turkey slice, banana and a shake tonight. I think i’ll do arms tonight, depending on how tired my clients make me.

i told my g/f id throw her a b-day for her 19th..and it’s here. Friday is the big night and im ready! i don’t think this will be a big challange for me, i honestly don’t want to cheat, so im prepared. I was thinking the other day how am i going to do this without junk and drinks??? i always give in once the drinking games start and after the bar for junk, so im ready lol and im very excited!! i have made jello shots for the party…non-alcoholic ones foor me:) and vodka soaked fruit for some juice…my fruit just frozen, no vodka, and ceaser ingredients so i can have virgins. So only my b/f knows im not drinking because ive noticed ALOT that id people know you arnt drinking then thats all they try to get you to do, n i usually give in. so ill drink with the rest of them, only i wont get stupid hahahaha and they’ll never know. I also made her a banana bread cake instead of the usual, this way i could use w/w flour and flax, and she loves banana bread so i cant go wrong. and to top it off im buying a vege pizza for after the bar to avoid the grease soaked meat loves from the pizza place!
Im doing really good so far i think, looking in the mirror im happy now overall. still have lots of room for improvement but there is a big change in my apperance from when i started and that makes me want to take it further!
ill let you now how it all goes

nnever my favorite workout but oh well it’s got to be done lol. i donno why i dislike it so much ahha, i think its just the free weights. it was pretty decent though. i did all super sets and some tri sets to get the workout over with quicker, i like them better anyhow.
good run this morning, i was sweating like a dog and out of breath, it felt so good because its been so cold for so long that it was hard to enojoy my runs but this morning was wondefrful!! I am sleeping alot better lately which is good, i need some downtime for sure. my diet has also been great. Chicken, squash and broccoli for supper tonight mmmmm can’t wait

started off my day with a great run:) the tracks are clear and my fav running ground is all mine again when i got home i had scrambled eggs and feta waiting for me witha green tea (how i love being loved lol)
In class today i had my firs back massage in about 2 months, no jokes, it was AMAZING!! i was drooling and the whole bit hahhaa. and in about 30 minutes im going to have a kick ass workout!:) cant wait.
So my diet is doing okay. I had a bite of a cheese burger and sausage and a ceaser salade during the course of 7 days. id say thats good, only bites, but my deal with myself was 7 days completely clean eating and i could buy a tanning package, so no tanning package for me yet:) i just want to learn to say no easier!
im also going today to get a bigger weight for myself…pumped!!

not much to blog today.
yesterdays diet went great, had a pretyy good back/chest workout. legs and low abs today, pretty pumped for it. i think i will try to change my routine next week, ill make tuesday a training day, saturday my rest day and sunday my cardio day see how that goes for me. im thinking rest in the middle of the week just screws me up. i didnt get up for a run this morning. dissapoonted about that! i think i need like 3 alarms lol in the a.m my mind just doesnt say exercise. anyway today will be another busy one. have a good friday everyone xo

well a friend of mine moved back to town and it was his 25th b-day. of course he wanted to go out. we shared some nachos and bruchetta, which i had planned to do. then being the only one not drinking i ordered a glass or white wine…that quickly turned into 2 glasses. then we were invited to a house party for him where i shared a cooler (CALORIES!!!) so moral of my story=i suck! i have good intentions, i just push it. im happy that that is all the damage i caused, because I could have done worse but still damage is damage. i expected the food, and maybe one glass of wine wasnt so bad..but the secind and the cooler pissed me off this morning. so why do i do it? why not? i wake up in the a.m, walk past the mirror and everything looks the same…by belly maybe a bit bloated but not bad and everything else looks fine. I know i HAVe caused damage but tell that to the stubborn me that looks in the mirror and says well i guess its not that bad EVERYTIME!!! so i need consequenses! small goals its what im aiming for which will get me to my c3 goals
gooal #1- taning! every girl (especially one trying to show off muscle) needs a good tan for summer. sooooo i CANNOT buy a tanning package untill i go 7 COMPLTE days eating clean and only clean….starting today. and if i mess up once then the 7 days start over
i figure this is a good goal because i do eat well, but i have small cheats often..and thats a no no

i dont know a time when food wasnt my favorite thing. thank god for good metabolism let me tell you!when i was really little i remeber everyone commenting on how much food i ate. like allllll dy long, only then it was fruit mostly, i loved the stuff. as ive grown, my love for food has too. not only fruit anymore though! i do still adore my precious fruit but pastas, mexican food, cereal, pizza, veges and many more give friut a run for its money. honestly i dont care what it is much, i just llllooovvveee food! all day long i think about food, what id love to be eating right now, what i’ll eat next and how good my last meal was. im crazy! hahaha no jokes though this is honestly me
so my problem is alot of things. i dont really over eat or eat overly fatty foods, i acctually have a decent diet the majority of the time. its just those sometimes that get me. food is my friend and i have no willpower to turn it down.
so im comming out with it lol im a food addict………SERIOUSLY!
its okay though, i actuall like it this way, its being smart about it thats the hard part

no run, and no alarm (okay so i should have set the alarm still) haha talk about panic, i have a practicle exam today and biology class first thing and i slept in!! haha but i didnt really, i woke at 7:30 and im used to getting up at 6, thank god im used to getting up early so i didnt sleep any longer.
Not feeling like i need the rest, but i probably do. i have this feeling that if i was to train at all today id end up doing abs too and i think im training them too much again so ill embrace my day off:) My diet should be good today i have all my meals packed up for my day and everything is wonderful for me!
I have a question….any free weight back workouts that people find particularily "fun" i need some ideas, im getting bored.
