It was great of course, got to see lots of family and friends, didn’t nearly have enough time though! it’s good to be back in "my home" though as far as training goes…it didnt lol. i went for a few good walks but every second of everyday was planned out for me so I didn’t get much time. as far as my diet, I am pleased. No I wasn’t strick about it, but I didn’t do anything I felt guilty about either. we drank one night and instead of greasy pizza and pop I went for a whole grain bagel, besdies that my diet was awesome.we of course stopped at the usual mickey d’s a few times but i fell in love with the oriental salad without chicken…YUMMM!
I had a few good compliments, my dad said i looked bigger, which was a compliment b/c last time he said i looked bony lol. and my uncle said he could tell i had been working out from my arms (and i hadn’t told anyone down home about trainng) yay!! lol I also got my tattoo, im very pleased with it.
im excited to get back to training today!have a week off school!

Today was supposed to be a cardio day and saturday should have been today’s workout but ill be home for the weekend and i know i wont train so id rather get the workout in early. It was a GREAT workout, every inch of my arms and abs are tight and on fire lol. and didnt i have fun filling up afterwards. no milk for a shake today so i have tuna,feta and pita, a banana and a handful of almonds,…YUMMY!….
So yeah im headed for home tomorrow morning, i feel like im doing really well with my diet and training so im going to try to stick to it as much as i can but be realistic. this is my plan…..
Exercise-morning runs everyday and walk as much as i can with family/friends that i visit (easy enough and will keep my head in it)
Diet- *minimal-no food after 8pm *lots of water and green tea *absolutly no chips or chocolate! *since i can’t have wine b/c of my lip peicing I will drink vodka…but only with pure orange or cranberry juice.
That’s the plan…room to breathe but strick enough that i wont forget what im doing.
I have my workout clothes, fishoil, flax and tea all packed up aswell as my workout journal so if i forget how hard ive been working i can read it and feel bad for cheating badly lol. Being home will be the hardest im sure but If this is the sort of life I want to live i might as well start stickingg to it
If you didnt see my blog today, my exams are done and i passed:)! after my exams i got my hair chopped. now im going to get ready for my weekend… have a happpy easter

these last two weeks have been brutal! my mind is tired from so much studying and early mornings filled with stress of exams. My body’s exhausted from lack of good rest. and my mood is rediculous, im suck a tit-head this week!
Today while studying i feel asleep for like an hour lol, i had my mind set that I wouldn’t workout b/c i thought maybe i just needed some rest time. Then i got to thinking, I have 2 days left untill i go home, honestly i know i wont train while im homem only maybe some cardio. My hard work is very important to me. I want my body to be in tip top shape, I want to be healthy. So what did i do, i get down to the undies, haul over my closet mirror and push out deadlifts, lunges and as many squats as i could. I figure if my ass doesnt modivate me to workout then i wont lol, and it did!
Now that my workout is over I feel great! stress was released BIG TIME and im proud that i went through with it. I had my shake and now im in the mood to accomplish a little more for myself…like studying to pass my last exam this semester:)

Another moring up and at it. went for a jog this morning with my boyfriend, it was very cold but very good. sometimes i hate that we are both into fittness lol we have different goals obviously and sometimes we end up bumping heads. ah well at least it’s something we have in comon Today is a cardio day for me…I have to catch up on my abs though, i missed my last day so i will make it up today. I find it frusterating doing so much cardio when it’s not sunny out!
another great day on my diet yesterday! and ive started the day off well today. I love feeling in control of this. Im really seeing a difference lately in my delts, even when rested, which is what I want for the summer, a string lookingg but feminne body.
im off for my exam ! wish me luck

last week of exams!! yippie, only that means these next few days will be tight.
I’m def not cutting down on my workouts, They have become just as important to me so its worth the time i spend trainnig. I tried the N.O explode. I used one scoop and i liked it, though I dont think ill try a bigger serving and i think ill just take it on training days. If im a sucker for anything training wise its def energy supps so im trying to reconize that and only use what i think will really help.
I still havent got the new weights i wanted, i hate spending a chunk of money at once lol, on way way home to NS i think i will stop in the city to see if i can fine any at a better deal.
Im still out for my morning runs everyday which is great, i love starting my day that way:) it makes me feel almost like i wake up in control of my body and i have been doing TREDMENDOUSLY better with my diet since i started doing morning cardio again. I just think to myself why waste what youve done with food that wont even satisfy me!
on saturday me n some friends went to the pub, they all got drinks and appitizers (GREASE) and i ordered a water and salmon with brown rice i felt very good about it, and who would have thought after dinner i was only one not complaining about have much i ate lol.
So in a few words, training is goind great for me…i have to study some more though so have a great st.patty’s day everyone!!!.. i think ill have a green tea to celebrate

I got up 6am this morning and went for a jog, it was really nice! im usually up at that time for a walk but this was my first jog in a while. im usually kinda scared of the snow, bc if i slip and natural reaction is to put your arm out..and i hurt my hands im screwed for clinic. but its exam time so i just realized why not?! lol. I worked uo quit a sweat which waas nice then i had some protein pancakes when i came home.
This week i started taking fish oil and adding flax to just about everything i eat. what a boost to the digestive system! i know..who wants to hear alot that lol but it really is amazing how some small changes can make a difference!
Today is shoulders/arms/abs..yay!! my fav muscle groups to train! I also start NO Explode today to see if i like it. ill let you know how it all goes. Have a great day

I can’t wait for summer so i can have a nice run outside!!
Today i did 35 min of skipping and the stepper as hard as I could. what a sweat! I haven’t enjoyed my cardio that much in a long time. the only thing i hate is how sore and cramped my legs get while doing it, it blows but it’s okay.
IM excited to get back to some weights tomorrow though. my BF bought NO Explode the other day and I think tomorrow ill start using it for a bit to see how i like it, who knows.
My diet has been pretty good, Im still not eating after 8pm which is quite the accomplishment for me and like i said i would do,NO junky stuff that i wouldn’t want to eat was allowed in the house. ill stick to that again this week and hopefully in a while ill build up enough willpower to allow SOME junk in the house without gorging on it.
i must get back to studying for biology have a great weekend

So this morning I was making b-fast for my guy and talking about something on bodyspace. he looks at me with this stupid grin and says "you know i think you have an unhealthy relationship with bodyspace" lol i just laughed cuz it’s so true …well i dont know about the unhealthy part!
Body space is like my oasis away from everything. It lets me see my own accomplishments as well as those around me. It gives me real goals to shoot for that will better myself, a variety of info on tthings im interested in and a bunch of friends who don’t judge, they modivate!
BB.com has been a great experience for me thus far, im happy with our relationship lol

well my workout plan calls for one active rest day aweek. ive been doing my 6a.m walks for the last two weeks religously (will run when the ground isnt icy) and have been using my stepper alot at night. I skip alot during (before and sometimes b/w sets) when im working out so i wasnt sure what i would try for active rest.
I downloaded some more pilates and a way I went! I think ill stick to this, its fun, pretty quick and gives my legs a rest while still being active:).. and i can do it in he comfort of my own home
