my weekend
I have to admit…im disapointed. so i cheated……ALOT!!! and didnt train at all.
basically this whole week will be getting back what i lost! grrrrr.
April is two days away, with my new workout tuesday is my rest day so tomrrow i will do a full body workout I think. Sometimes my body just needs that little boost.
Im also going a bit harder on the diet. basically its summer crunch time. So tomorrow ill post my blog , breaking down my whole month for yas..i know you wanna hear lol
