my diet

My diet has been alot better. For now my goals have been to limit my drinking and late night munchies. And i’ve been doing aweosme!! go me!! haha. I havent drank in two weeks..and usually Id get a drink if we went out for supper or on the weekends. I will be having a glass of wine on wednesday with some girls from work and then not drinking again untill the first of march for a g/f’s b-day party. Im sticking to white wine too for calorie purposes.

Also Ive been having my last meal at 8pm, 9pm pn clinc nights b/c i don’t get home untill then. I have a salad or roasted vegetables or fruit plate ..somethign of that sorts. We’ve also stopped going out to eat so often but when we do I get a salad, stir fry or share a plate with Luke.

My day to day diet is good other than that. so I’ve been pleased!!

the good ol booty!!

HAHA love it! since getting in to shape ive lost my bum :( the one thing that I loved before!! ive decided I for now need to work on working the glutes out though. Squats and lunges are good but i LOVE  the wonsor pilates video for buns and thighs, its amazing! what a burn!

Im now incorporating that into my workout, Its a fun new change of pace. And hopefully with time by booty will bump back out…but sexier this time around m:)

focus focus

   Ive been abit off lately, focus has been all over the place, though lifing has been at the top of the list throughout. School was struggling and my looks were definatly not top shape lol unless sweats and messy hair for 2 weeks straight is good for you. I took the weekend off and did no homework, didn’t go out except for a few walks and gave myself time to sleep.

This morning I woke up, put on makeup and got dressed up for school. afterwards when I was working out I felt the urge to lift more, longer, that felt good. And school made sense all day haha, right now im doing homework and loving it.

I guess a little time off does the body good :)

 as promised im givinh an update on the eat clean cookbook i purchased last month.

so far ive only tried a few, but ive tried them many time lol.

-eat clean breakfast burritos

-salmon in brine

-more than a tuna salad

-roasted asaragus

-sweet potato salad

……..a few of my most common, all very quick and easy to make so they suit my lifestyle perfectly. all that I have tried though have been very tasety.

also a good way to get the good ingredients in the house

school vs weights

wow I never thought that weights would conflict with college for me. it’s crazy how much I think about working out, nutrition, my body, bb.com, everything.  When im supposed to be studying im thinking of lifting, its nuts! I think im just starting to realize how important it has become to me. im happy but very surprised.

In school the girls often say how small and "mighty" i am.( and secretlt i love it) it does feel good though to have the people I spend everyday with notice my changes. There of course are the few who critize me about weight training and tell me ill look like a man or get fat or its really unhealthy. I just laugh though because though im far from knowing everythign there is to know about trainign, I do know alot.

So im getting really stressed about school again, its just alot of work plus my job and staying ontop of training. But im going to buckle down on the books and ill be fine. Today I took some pics and It was good to see that for the SECOND time I havent let me being over stressed ruine my rutines. Im not only keeping what I have but im getting better :)

  I started the second part to the oxygen workout today :) . I had been ging pretty easy for the last week so to get into it i started with a light, quick full body workout then jumped into it. it seems pretty good only I will be traing abs more than is in the workout for my own personal goals.

 Im still doing my skipping too which has been really great only I get tired out so quickly lol. endurance is not my strong point, at this point though endurance is not a big goal for me so I am okay with it:) I just like the sweat.

was a good girl

If you read my last blog i had said that my newest short term goal was working on my alcohol and late night munchies. well goin out on the weekend is part of my sched common i am a collge student, but even so I really want to work at my figure so i need to find a happy medium for now.

Last night I drank white wine (fewest calories) and one glass of vodka and 100% pure OJ. thats good for me. Also i went out at 10pm for a b-day dinner with my friend and I got a salade!!!! wohoo!. also on the way home from the bar i did NOT stop for pizza :)

So many of you will read this and still think im way off track but for me last night was a huge step for me and it opened my eyes to how mcuh I really want this :)
