need the gym
so ive decided i really need to go to the gym.
i need bigger weights, new moves and a good atmosphere. Not to mention im spenidng too much time at home these days. Only problem is im nervous!! i dont know what to do with the machines and im nervous about figuring out a rutine…any help?

If you’re not sure how to use the machines, just ask a trainer or someone at the front desk - they’re usually more than happy to help. Not to mention, you get bonus points just for asking - there’s nothing worse than watching someone do an exercise incorrectly.
As for designing a workout, here are some options:
you could talk to a trainer at the gym
post a message in the forum - I’m sure people would be happy to help
pick up this month’s issue of M&F Hers. That magazine usually has some pretty good workout ideas.
