I sabatage myself

I have no clue how to spell that lol.

Am i the only person who does this? I am pleased b/c I’ve done SOOO well since I started but this last week Ive been kinda of awful. Late night when Im not even hungry I find the need to eat..and eat bad! Like last night I had mr.noodles at like 10pm! I don’t even eat mr.noodles, the only reason we even have them in the house is because luke eats them at work.

Food is low in the house right now untill I get paid so theres not much to have a good healthy meal with but I still don’t have to do that! It seems like I do it everytime I get going really well then I just so nuts with bad food. I hate it!

Anyway I noticed it so it’s done! Im still not pleased though And I don’t know what to do about those cravings when they happen like this…any ideas? I dont want to do it again.

    No, you are not the only one but that really shouldn’t matter. Sounds to me like you think you know why you do this and that’s a start! and you don’t let it continue so sounds like there’s a lot of good here, too. You said it is when you get going well on your diet that this happens - do you allow your self a treat or a cheat meal? Maybe your body is reacting to what you are doing - sometimes it is a good idea to listen to your body. Next time drink a glass of water first, then eat a veggie and then if and only if you are still hungry enjoy your treat.

    I find myself doing it all the time. I have three kids and so I’m usually picking on goldfish here and an animal cracker there. I just try and tell myself, o.k. it’s already done. Tomorrow is a new day, and a new chance to rejuvinate my committment to my body. Letting yourself feel guilty will only further fuel the act of self sabatoge, and will only fiurther your guilt. You look awesome from your photo’s and should be very proud of what you’ve accomplished. I hope to have abs like that when all this is said and done. Keep up the good work and just keep on rollin!

    oh, girl, at about the same time every night I am just popping open the pbutter!!! Hang in there, you can get beyond it….just stay out of the kitchen!!!

    When I started to get serious about diet and exercise, the first thing I cut out was late night food. My first dieting rule is no food after 9PM. Good luck
