After yesterday my legs are killing me! and it’s great! Today I did Abs only, good work on low abs, the rest was okay too. I find sometimes abs gets boring. I think later I may do a few crunches on the ball and the bicycle crunch to end it off. I’m tired today.
The worst part of training for me is the diet! it’s so hard to stick to eating clean and regular when you have no money. I try hard, and am not too bad at eating clean it’s just the portion size that is bad for me at times. Like this week it’ll be slim pickings for me, I’m not much for beef steak so Luke will eat that and i’ll pick.
Not good but nothing I can do. i need to figure away around this. Thursday = payday…thank god lol
