New Recipie book

 I just got the eat clean diet cook book today! I love it sooo much. I haven’t used it yet but im pumped for tomorrow to make the first meal :) there are so many great tips throughout it too. im in love

First day of Clinic ..and sick.

 Well as you might know I am a student massage therapist. Last night was my first public clinic meaning I had real clients come to see me. SCAREY!!! but i loved it of course. It was really nice to work on someone who really wanted/needed relief. I got to work on one cliet who had had a full day of military training and had worked out recently so needless to say that was VERY interesting.

 Foe the bad new, I am sick! stuffy, sneezing, coughing and looking like hell is me right now. Oh no

need food!

Monday, January 7th, 2008

 After yesterday my legs are killing me! and it’s great! Today I did Abs only, good work on low abs, the rest was okay too. I find sometimes abs gets boring. I think later I may do a few crunches on the ball and the bicycle crunch to end it off. I’m tired today.

 The worst part of training for me is the diet! it’s so hard to stick to eating clean and regular when you have no money. I try hard, and am not too bad at eating clean it’s just the portion size that is bad for me at times. Like this week it’ll be slim pickings for me, I’m not much for beef steak so Luke will eat that and i’ll pick.

Not good but nothing I can do. i need to figure away around this. Thursday = payday…thank god lol

great day!

 today was great! First of all it was leg day and i did aweosme! but more importantly to me was that I worked out today! i never work out if my boyfriend is home because im too shy. Today however I got over myself and did it! I had a great work out the went went out for two hours for a wlak in the snow. It felt so good.

I know it sounds silly but Im crazy shy and today was a big deal :)

in pain and loving it!

  so this week I’ve really pushed myself, Im not all that great at those last one or two reps where it feels like your arms will explode or guts fall out and i usually just stop there but this week i made myself get through it. AND IT WAS AWEOSME! I don’t think i’ve been this tender for a very long time, it’s great!  

  Legs tomorrow…and I’m getting through the last few reps there too, im excited! I feel so strong lol

back at it!

FEELS SO GOOD!!

It’s been quite the break and doesn’t it feel great to be working out again. Im actually really excited to be in pain tomorrow haha. I am completely convienced this is the lifestyle I want and love. It feels so good to look in the mirror and see results. i love it.!!

I decided that my new years resolution had to deal with soem issues in my life so I’ve left my workout up to doing it because i love it. though i have decided i want a mirror in my bathroom so I can see the day i walk out of my shower naked and smile :)
